  • FOS Technical Planner - Indianapolis

    This associate is responsible for creating both customized and educational reports illustrating wealth transfer and other financial planning strategies. They will participate in the design of strategies and provide technical input related to planning for high net worth clients. Some additional responsibilities include; preparing client estate flowcharts and other planning illustrations, developing/updating client educational pieces and researching technical issues. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years relevant work experience, a professional designation of CFP, Paraplanner or other relevant designation, computer proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, strong analytical skills, a foundation of technical and business expertise with prior experience working with high net worth individuals, ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to interpret/analyze data, as well as, excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.





  • Client Service Manager - Chicago

    This position is a key role in the organization to coordinate and provide excellent client service. Interaction with clients, senior management, and external advisors is essential. Responsibilities include: Being the central contact for all client service activities, gathering and providing information for all service areas, coordinating and reviewing client meeting agendas and deliverables, assisting with recommendations for proactive planning strategies, coordinating investment related activities, coordinating with attorneys, CPAs and external advisors, central contact for client and internal inquiries, managing service based on firm and client goals, and supervising direct reports and collective management of Executive Assistants and Client Service Specialists.

    Qualifications include: High level of knowledge in personal financial planning concepts, including; insurance, retirement, estate, tax and investment. Strong analytical skills, ability to manage direct reports, ability to multi-task, ability to handle changing deadlines and client demands, proficieny in MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle confidential matters discreetly, college degree in a related field, 5+ years relevant work experience, CFP or CPA designation strongly preferred.

  • Executive Assistant/Meeting Planner - Cincinnati

    This associate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, meetings, and travel for a Wealth Advisor. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, following up on client matters as directed, scheduling and coordinating internal meetings and seminars, planning travel itineraries and setting up travel arrangements for out-of-town trips. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with client projects, creating spreadsheets, and coordinating client and advisor mailings. This position is highly interactive in working as a team with the Client Service Manager. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and organized manner. Must possess exceptional customer relation skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook calendar program. Ability to handle confidential matters discreetly and professionally and a minimum of 3 years business experience required. College degree preferred.

  • Fiduciary Operations Specialist - Indianapolis

    In this role you will be responsible for account openings and closings, all master maintenance on the system and fee payment processing. Additional responsibilities include final approval of wire transfers and ACH transfers, cost basis adjustments, administration of online account access. Qualified candidates will have an Associate's Degree in a business related field or equivalent experience, computer proficiency, basic accounting experience, experience in trust or investment operations, SunGard AddVantage or Trustware 11 experience a plus.

  • Client Reporting Coordinator - Indianapolis

    In this role you will coordinate production of quarterly monitoring reports, maintain data integrity, perform analysis and research on spreadsheets, returns and data inputs ensuring an exceptional accuracy rate. Responsibilities include; setting up new accounts, closing accounts, tracking transfers, analyzing custodian statements by using internal forms and creating spreadsheets and quality assurance on calculated returns. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented and highly organized with strong critical thinking skills. A mastery of Excel formulas with excellent computer skills is a must. A minimum of 3 years business-related experience, preferably in the securities industry and/or finance is required.

  • Family Office Services (FOS) Technical Strategist - Indianapolis

    This person is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the FOS Operations Team as well as, developing the technical abilities of the team and serving as a technical resource for the firm. Additional responsibilities include controlling department budget, client hours and profitability, writing technical articles for the firm's quarterly newsletter, website and other publications and serving as a technical resource for the firm providing support, clarity and answers to technical issues/questions. Qualified applicants would possess a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant work experience, a professional designation of CPA, CFP or JD as well as possess a foundation of technical and business expertise with prior experience working with high net worth individuals. Strong analytical skills, the ability to make decisions with minimal direction and the ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment are also essential.
